If you click 
at the right of the menu bar, the Options
dialog box appears.
Phonology Assistant saves options separately for each project.
To modify options in the open project:
On the Tools menu, click Options.
The Options dialog box appears.
Do any of the following:
To change the appearance of word lists, click the Word Lists tab.
To specify fields to display and their order in Record views, click the Record View tab.
To specify characters to display in consonant-vowel patterns, click the CV Patterns tab.
To change the default sorting options for word lists, click the Sorting tab.
To specify the font attributes to display data fields, click the Fonts tab.
To change the user interface (UI) language or work with localizations, click the User Interface tab.
Click OK.
If you click
