The Record View pane is at the lower edge of a word list. By default, it displays all the data fields for the selected record in the active word list. A field name precedes each field value.
To show or hide the Record View pane, do one of the following:
On the View
	 menu, click
 Record
	 View.
On the Data
	 Corpus toolbar, Search
	 toolbar or Distribution
	 Charts toolbar, click

	 (Record View).
To specify the fields to display and their order, do the following:
In the
 Options
	 dialog box, use the Record
	 View tab.
The Record View pane displays phonetic data as it is in the data source:
Even if Phonology Assistant parses multiple phonetic "words" in Standard Format data sources into separate records, the Record View pane displays the entire data source field.
If the phonetic transcription in the selected record contains uncertain phones, the Record View pane displays all the uncertainties enclosed in parentheses, just as the transcription appears in the data source.
If the phonetic transcription in the selected record was modified by an experimental transcription conversion, the Record View pane displays the original phonetic transcription, not the converted transcription.
