To specify the search options
for the Current Search Pattern,

A drop-down is displayed.
Select the desired Search Options.
The Search Options for Search view allow you to control search results in ways that cannot be specified in the search pattern. Each search pattern maintains its own search options. For example, you may have two Saved Patterns with identical patterns, but with different search options.
To specify the search options
for the Current Search Pattern,
click .
A drop-down is displayed.
Select the desired Search Options.
The Search Options drop-down will disappear if you click away or move the mouse from over it for a few seconds.
Changes to the Search Options are saved with the Current Search Pattern as soon as they are made.
