After you group by the primary sort field or minimal pairs in a word list, you can hide all the subordinate rows in all the groups. The word list displays only the group headings.
To collapse all the groups, do one of the following:
On the View menu, click Collapse All Groups.
On the Data
Corpus toolbar, Search
toolbar or Distribution
Charts toolbar click Collapse All
Groups .
To collapse a single, expanded
group, click

the left of the group heading.
