On the File menu, point to Export, and then click Word XML.
The Save File dialog box appears.
Specify the folder and file name in which to save the Word XML (*.xml) file.
Click Save.
The file opens in Microsoft Word® (if installed).
In the Distribution Charts view, Word XML export is disabled when results are displayed in an active tab group. In the distribution chart table, double-click the non-zero value you want to export to display that data in the Search view. Then export the data from there.
On the toolbar
that appears in the Consonant Chart
and Vowel Chart views,
the HTML button (
) toggles between the default
chart and an HTML
chart. However, the Word XML export contains what you see in the
default chart, even if the HTML chart is displayed.
