Save Current Search Pattern

To save the pattern in the Current Search Pattern box and the associated search options, do one of the following on the Search toolbar:

• If the pattern has already been saved, click the Save Current Search Pattern button .

• Click the down arrow at the right of the Save Current Search Pattern button, and then do one of the following:

  • Click Save if the pattern has been saved before.

  • Click Save As if the pattern has never been saved before or you want to save the pattern with a different name.

    The Save Search Pattern dialog box appears. Then you can specify a name and category for the saved pattern.

Note

• Clicking is identical to clicking Save on the drop-down menu.

• If you click Save and the pattern has never been saved, the Save Search Pattern dialog appears.
