To compare multiple views of phonetic data, you can display one or more undocked views in separate windows.
For example, you can undock Consonant Chart view to see the chart at the same time that you see the search results word lists that correspond to consonants that you double-click in the chart.
To display the active view
in a separate window, click the Undock
View button 
at the right of the menu bar in the main Phonology Assistant (PA)
window.
To display an undocked view in the main PA window, do one of the following in a separate window:
Click the Dock
View button 
at the right of the menu bar.
Click the Close button at the right of the title bar.
The main PA window displays the name of the active view below the menu bar.
A separate window displays the name of the undocked view in the title bar following the name of the active project.
