On the File menu, point to Backup & Restore, and then click Restore.
The Restore dialog box appears.
In the Backup Files Found box, click the file you want to restore.
If you do not see the file you want, click the Select Other Backup File link and browse for that file.
Examine the list of files that appear to make sure you have the desired file.

specify where you want to restore the project:
Restore to the Default Folder
Restore to Other Folder.
If the click to specify link appears, click it. Then you can browse for and choose the folder where you want or restore the project.
Click Restore.
When you see Restore Complete appear in the dialog box, click Load Project & Close.
If you restore to a folder that is not the default folder, the Open Project dialog box has a link can help you search for that restored project.
