To find a string of characters in the active word list:
Do one of the following:
On the Edit menu, click Find.
On the Data 
		 Corpus toolbar, Search 
		 toolbar, or Distribution 
		 Charts toolbar, click 
.
Press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F.
The Find dialog appears.
In the Find What box, type the text you want to find.
In the Find in Which Columns list, select the check boxes for the desired columns. Select the Select All to select all the columns.
In the Options area, select the check boxes for the desired options (for example, Starts With).
If you select Use Regular Expressions, all other options become disables as the regular expression determines the search.
Click Find.
To find the next occurrence 
	 of the Find What text, click Find Next 
	 
 or press F3.
To find the previous occurrence of the Find text, click Find Previous on the Edit menu or press Shift+F3.
To cancel a search in progress, press Esc.
In the Find 
	 in Which Column list, when at least one, but not all, columns 
	 are selected, the state of the Select 
	 All check box is indeterminate (
). When none 
	 of the columns are selected, the check box is cleared () and, when all of the columns 
	 are selected, the check box is selected (
).
Some options do not make sense to use, such as Match Case if you search phonetic data.
